This Privacy Policy explains how FC Rivals collects, uses, stores, and shares data when you use the app, website, or related services.
FC Rivals must post this policy in-app and on a public web URL to satisfy Google Play requirements.
2. Information we collect
FC Rivals collects only the information needed to run private leagues, player accounts, standings, rivalries, notifications, and support workflows.

Account data: email address, account identifier, and authentication metadata.

Profile data: display name and optional profile photo.
•
League data: league membership, roles, invite codes, and related configuration.
•
Match data: submitted scores, dates, approvals, disputes, admin rulings, and match notes.
•
Notification data: in-app notifications, push token records, read state, and delivery-related metadata.
•
Technical data: platform type and limited service logs required for reliability and abuse prevention.
3. How we use information
We use collected information to operate and improve FC Rivals.
•
Create and manage user accounts.
•
Display player profiles, leagues, standings, rivalries, seasons, and match history.
•
Run score review, dispute, and admin workflows.
•
Send push notifications and in-app notices.
•
Maintain security, detect abuse, and troubleshoot reliability issues.
•
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
4. When we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only when needed to operate the service or comply with law.
•
Supabase for authentication, database storage, file storage, and edge functions.
•
Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android push notification delivery.
•
Hosting, infrastructure, analytics, and logging providers used to run FC Rivals.
•
Law enforcement or regulators if required by valid legal process.
5. Push notifications
If you grant notification permission, FC Rivals stores a device push token linked to your account so score approvals, rivalry nudges, and other league notifications can reach your device.
You can stop device push notifications through your operating system settings, but in-app notification records may still remain in your account history.
6. Retention
We keep account, profile, league, match, and notification data for as long as your account or league remains active, unless a longer retention period is required for security, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
If you request account deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data where reasonably possible, while retaining limited records where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or preserved league history.
7. Security
FC Rivals uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data, including authenticated access controls, secure transport, and backend permission policies.
No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so you should also protect your own account credentials and devices.
8. Your choices
You may update your display name or profile photo in the app. You may also request support, deletion, or data-related help by contacting opa.opapa@yahoo.com.
If you remove the app from your device, server-side account and league data may still remain until you request deletion or it is removed under our retention rules.

You can submit an in-app deletion request from the Delete Account screen while signed in.

You can also use the public deletion page at https://fcrivals.fleetx.us/delete-account if you need the instructions outside the app.
9. Children
FC Rivals is not designed for young children. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove the data if required.
